And what exactly is larimar? It's a blue-green stone (pectolite) found only in the Caribbean. And doesn't it look exactly like the Caribbean ocean? We don't have oceans here in New Mexico, but I can stare at this stone all day long and imagine myself there.
This larimar and sterling silver necklace is:

- polished to a high luster;
- finished with a toggle clasp, a lightweight chain, and an extender chain that takes the necklace from 20 to 22 inches in length.
